High-precision bars (shaft workpiece)

The company produces

• long-length peeled round bars with special surface finishing, length is up to 10 500 mm according to GOST 14955-77;
• high-precision long-length peeled bars with special surface finishing made of alloyed and corrosion-resistant stainless steel grades including bars made of special high-precision corrosion-resistant steel grade in accordance with TU 14-1-5518-2005;

Bars are made of steels 03Х14Н7В and 05Х16Н4Д2Б. Length of the bar is up to 9000 mm. Diameter is 12-25 mm. Available accuracy is h8 quality class. Diameter is 25-55 mm. Available accuracy is h9 quality class. Tolerance range is at the customer’s request. Available straightness is up to 0,1 mm along full-length of the bar. Roughness Ra is not more than 1,25 micrometers.

• bars with flushing hole D8,2±1,2 and 7,1±1,2 mm pursuant to TU 14-1-5556-2007. Flushing hole function is process liquid flow.

TU 14-1-5556-2007 was developed and intended to steel with special surface finishing made of steel 38ХГМФТ (drill steel).

Bars are made of steel 38ХГМФТ pursuant to TU 14-1-5556-2007. Ø 25-45 mm, length is 10,5 m. Ø 45-55 mm, length is 9 m. Diameter is 17-25 mm, available accuracy is h8 quality class. Diameter is 25-55 mm, available accuracy is h9 quality class. Straightness is up to 0,1 mm along full-length of the bar. Roughness Ra is not more than 0,63 micrometers.

We can provide bars made of heat-hardened steel.
