Sucker, adjustment, pony rods
A line of sucker rods is used to transmit reciprocating motion from a drive to a borehole-pump plunger. It is assembled from individual rods connected by means of couplings.

Advantages of our sucker rods
- made of patented steel 18KhGNFT as per TU 14-1-5668-2019, featuring higher strength properties, and other steel grades: - structural steel (38KhGMFT as per TU 14-1-5556-2007, 15N3MA as per TU 3-850-80, ATs28KhGN3FT as per TU 14-1-4398-88);
- corrosion-resistant steel (05Kh16N4D2B as per TU 14-1-5518-2005) - high-temperature thermomechanical treatment of the billets
- 100 % dimensional inspection
- all rolled metal products are subjected to non-destructive testing
The enterprise has introduced a process to restore waste sucker rods 7/8’’ (22) and 1’’(25) to sucker rods 3/4’’ (19) and 7/8’’ (22), respectively, which allows for efficient repair of the sucker rods and output products that fully conform to quality standards of GOST 31825-2012 and have full operating life.
Notes
There is a possibility to build up scratchalizers on sucker rods.
