Spline assembled and solid couplings are designed to connect sections of ESP units
- with internal involute splines Ø14-38, (the profile conforms to GOST 6033, module m=1 and m=2)
- with internal straight-sided splines Ø14-42
- with combined splines (of various diameters)
- with additional heat treatment 28…32HRC
Coupling material
- alloy, structural, and high-strength stainless steel 40Kh13 and 05Kh16N4D2B
- nickel-based Alloy K-500 with high strength characteristics and corrosion resistance properties
